How To Use Kegels To Control Premature Ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is one of the most embarrassing things that men can face during sex.

It is something that almost all men have experienced at one time or another, but if you are continuing to face it then you need to do something about it before it ruins your self confidence, and your overall sexual performance. The way you can do this is through Kegel exercises. You may have heard of Kegels for women, but Kegel exercises also help men with their premature ejaculation.

These exercises strengthen the primary sexual muscles for both men and women. The muscle that needs strengthening the most when it comes to controlling premature ejaculation is the pubococcygeus muscle, also known as the PC muscle. This is what holds the pelvic organs in place and allows me to reach ejaculation when they are ready to. The way you find this muscle is to try to stop your urine in mid-flow when going to the bathroom. If you can slow or stop your urine then you have found the muscle you need to focus on.

Once you find this muscle it is important to learn the exercise that you can do to strengthen it. You can start while you are sitting down at your desk during work, or lying on your bed. Anywhere that is comfortable for you. First you tighten your PC muscles for 5 seconds, and then relax them for 5 seconds. That is considered one rep. Then you repeat this about 30 times, about 3 times a day. You should do this for as long as it takes to see results, which should be about 2 weeks time.

After 2 weeks you'll notice you have some built up muscle there, so you can then increase the amount of reps you do. A good number to strive for is 60 reps about 3 times a day. After another week you can then increase it to 80 per set 3 times a day. Make sure you are not in any discomfort or pain while you are doing them. Finally, work your way up to doing 100 reps 3 times a day. This is when you will see a noticeable change in your pelvic muscles and the control of your ejaculation. You will be surprised at how much it really does help. Keep doing them for several months to get the maximum enjoyment and pleasure out of them.
